Lammes Candies at Barton Creek Mall is currently closed. We are proud to have been a tenant since the mall’s grand opening in 1981, however, our lease expired and we opted to close this location at this time. We urge our South Austin customers to visit Lammes on Airport Blvd or our newest location at Hillside Center.

We are producing on the pickup dates only and it is strongly recommended that you pick up that day. This is the day your chocolate covered strawberries and grapes will be at their freshest. Orders not picked up on their pickup date will automatically be held for 1 day only (unless otherwise noted). After that, the strawberries and grapes start to break down, so we will either donate or discard pre-orders not picked up by close of business the day after your pickup date. Pre-orders not picked up do NOT qualify for a refund, cancellation, or store credit.

We will not be able to accommodate requests for earlier pickup.

You may cancel or make changes to an existing preorder until the preorder deadline by calling 512-310-1885 weekdays during business hours (8AM -5 PM). To add or remove items, we will need to cancel your order and place a new one. To change the pickup location, we can easily update your existing order over the phone.

When you arrive at the store, provide your first and last name to a Lammes Candies associate behind the counter. It's also good to have your e-mailed order confirmation number handy during pickup.

Absolutely! They will need to provide YOUR name during pickup.

Our premium chocolate covered strawberries and grapes are made-to-order, perishable items, and so you will not receive a refund if you do not pick up your preorder or request cancellation before the preorder deadline.

After this deadline, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any changes to your order. Refunds, exchanges, and store credits will NOT be issued for berries not picked up after the deadline. Thank you for understanding that as a small business our no show, no refunds policy is consistent with many others in the food industry and has been in place for many years.

Tip: Someone else may pick up your order if you are unable to make it! Just have them provide your first and last name during pickup.

We recommend enjoying them within 36 hours — if they last that long! Refrigeration is not recommended.

Face masks are voluntary when shopping in-store, per CDC guidelines for vaccinated individuals. Lammes Candies sees the health and safety of its employees and customers as its top priority. To ensure the safety of all involved, we are offering curbside delivery where possible, and taking every step possible to minimize direct contact between individuals.

Our chocolate covered strawberries and grapes are manufactured on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, egg and wheat.
